Supporters of Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine, MP) demonstrated in Nkumba (Wakiso district) following his arrest the previous day. Supporters burned tires, whilst police and UPDF attempted to disperse demonstrators. A civilian who was allegedly not connected to the events was shot and killed by security forces whilst attempting to purchase food.
