Uganda police officers fired rubber bullets and tear gas at FDC supporters in Pabbo (Amuru district) during a rally attended by the FDC presidential contender. One person was wounded by a rubber bullet, whilst a tear gas was fired into the residence of a lady, with both being hospitalized as a result of the attack.
